About

As a researcher, I am a part of the VGG research group at FIIT STU in Bratislava as an assistant professor focusing on human-computer interaction, human interaction with artificial intelligence, user experience and user behavioural analysis with a focus on eye-tracking, visual attention analysis and modelling. My research is focused mainly on the user interface design and user experience testing in the medical domain, namely digital histology and pathology, radiodiagnostics, and education in digital histopathology, as well as in other domains, such as the automotive industry. Currently, we actively collaborate on ongoing research with the Pathological Department of the Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine developing methodologies and interfaces for data annotations and integration of artificial intelligence for quantitative analysis of heart transplant rejection, diagnostics and research related to primary ciliary dyskinesia, as well as with the Pathological department of the Medical faculty of the Comenius University in Bratislava developing methodologies and interfaces for data annotations for a novel educational platform dedicated to digital histopathology. Moreover, we are currently working on the research-oriented user experience testing platform for a car simulator in collaboration with MxLab at FAD STU in Bratislava. Historically, I focused my research on applied eye-tracking in various research domains, visual attention analysis and modelling.
